Product Knowledge
We bring our professional knowledge and expertise of products and services to our customer base.
We all yearn to learn skating technique correctly. They say 'those who cannot, teach'... We say 'those who can, do'. It's important to skateNOW to be not only the teacher, but also the student; we learn from you (our customers) about your goals and aspirations in skating sports. We promote skating through: guiding, teaching sport fundamentals, understanding and care of equipment, and skating etiquette.
Aim high, skate low. Through instruction technical skills are honed and elevated, and obtaining higher goals can be achieved - whether it is destroying a sun-vault move, or having you sights on gold medals. Just as vital to the technical aspects of skating is an understanding of equipment and maintenance. We provide our customer insight to this coveted knowledge, not so they become gear geeks(though, that happens), but to present a better understanding of equipment, to eliminate any inhibitions about taking on routine tasks of tending to this pragmatic aspect of skating.
Strive for balance, agility, and strength in life, work, sport, and especially when on your skates.
Your skateNOW Sensie, we're here to guide and assist as you navigate the gear and the sport with knowledge and expertise.

The Cádomotus Alpha-Y Aero helmet is the world’s first long track speed skating helmet for children. Helmets are the most important piece of protective gear for any speed skater, helping them avoid crippling injury. It’s a disposable tool that once used in an impact crash, should be discarded and replaced to keep your skater safe. The Cádomotus Alpha-Y is the helmet all kids should be wearing. It will help them have a great experience with their sport. It will help them find their fastest speeds, keep them protected, cool and help them place where they should! And when it’s done its job and it’s time to replace it, it won’t break your budget!
